01. Orders
All orders placed via NB Studio are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email; this does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability or errors in pricing.
02. Pricing
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. While we strive for absolute accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the base garment price.
03. Payments
We accept major credit cards and secure digital payment methods. Payment is debited at the time of order placement. To ensure a premium and secure experience, all transactions are processed through encrypted gateways. We do not store sensitive payment card information on our servers.
04. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate personal and delivery information. For bespoke or tailored garments, it is the client's responsibility to provide accurate measurements requested by our studio. NB Studio cannot be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address inputs provided by the user.
05. Intellectual Property
All designs, silhouettes, imagery, and branding on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of NB Studio. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our creative assets without express written consent is strictly prohibited and protected under British copyright laws.
06. Limitation of Liability
NB Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question. We assume no responsibility for variations in fabric color that may occur due to diverse display settings or natural fiber characteristics.
07. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users agree that any dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Great Britain. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
