Returns & Refund Policy
At NB Studio, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our menswear. If your selection is not quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process designed to be as seamless as our tailoring.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Eligibility
To complete your return, please ensure a receipt or proof of purchase is included. Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items or custom-tailored pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a standard item for a different size, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at contact@nbstudio.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products, custom tailoring, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
