Each NB Studio garment is prepared with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 1-2 business days for our artisans in London to process and pack your order before shipment. Orders placed during weekend or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
UK Delivery & Costs
We partner with premium couriers to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. UK Standard Delivery typically takes 5 -10 business days at a flat rate of £5.95. For orders over £250, we are pleased to offer complimentary tracked shipping across the United Kingdom.
Tracking Information
Total transparency is part of our commitment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's journey from our studio directly to your doorstep via our courier's portal.
Delays & External Factors
While we strive for promptness, occasional delays may occur due to courier peak periods, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics challenges. NB Studio is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party carriers, but our team will always assist in resolving any issues.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at contact@nbstudio.co.uk within 48 hours of your expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier and ensure a swift replacement or refund.
